TRAINING SESSIONS

Thursdays sessions are from 19:30-21:30 at:  Village Hall, Goring-on-Thames, RG8 9AG.

We practise Taiji exercises for beginners, Qigong, Chen Taijiquan form, Sensing Hands and Applications

 

Fridays sessions are 19:45-22:00 at:  Morrell Room - Goring & Streatley, RG8 9HT

We practise Karate and Taiji
