Summer Camp 2005 was held in Bideford.

The camp started off this year with punching practise. 

Mornings were dedicated to the learning of the first lu of Chen Tai Chi, Yang Tai Chi and the Two Person Tai Chi set.

The double-ended-staff bo kata was also practised this year.

There was a lot of kata and kihon application and particular emphasis on:
  • Concentration
  • Centralisation
  • Breathing
    ...in order to develop ki.

All students were encouraged to develop self-discipline, as well as emotional content in their kata.

1st Dan was awarded to:
